Some client relationships come and go. eBay is different.18 years. That’s how long our CEO Rich — most recently here at Remarkably — has been working with them.
Through leadership changes, brand evolutions, and big bets on the future, eBay has been a constant partner. Trusted. Returning. Always asking us back to help shape what’s next. At the centre of that journey is eBay OPEN — a format we helped shape more than a decade ago. A stage where sellers take the spotlight. And an event we’ve had the privilege of shaping creatively almost every year it’s been live. This year, our work came together in three ways:
We set the tone with an opening film for Things. People. Love.. Then we flipped the switch with a hype film that brought halftime-show energy to the stage.
We co-created the CEO keynote with eBay’s comms team, and helped elevate every other session — ensuring consistency, clarity, and momentum across the board.
We wrote the anthem for Things. People. Love., and remixed it across genres — gospel, pop, Latin, soul — so sellers everywhere could hear themselves in it.
It all added up to more than a conference. It was a celebration of sellers, of creativity, of community. That’s why this partnership works. Because when eBay shows up for their sellers, we show up with them. Bringing an energy, ethos, and storytelling mindset that keeps OPEN alive and singing.
